Jane runs The X Office out of the Brickell suite, where she owns the operations playbook end to end — from mail handling SLA to the way we phrase a bank-acceptance email. She spent ten years building back-office tooling for finance teams before starting the company, and brings a Certified ScrumMaster credential earned in 2019 to the way we ship: small batches, written specs, no overtime heroics.
